AngelEyez is a small and friendly chat network.

AngelEyez IRC Network Rules

The rules for AngelEyez were created for all the people that use it

and to make for a safer and more enjoyable chat experience.

We are not looking for Opers, so Please Don't ask to be one.

Your client Will be scanned for unwanted proxies, trojans and other unwanted variants.

If you do not want to be scanned Do Not Connect.

All i.p. addresses are logged.

No nuking/dos attacks, cloneing, spamming, port scanning, advertising
3 Maximum Simultaneous Connections
No abusive behavior
No flooding channels or users
Do not harass other users or Opers
Do not ask for O-lines

Absolutely NO bots, botnets, seek-bots, drones or anything of that nature.
We reserve the right to ban if not approved by the NetAdmin.

IRC is an unmoderated medium. We have no, nor accept, any liability
whatsoever on what you may see or hear on this network.

In addition, by connecting to AngelEyez IRC Networks you agree
to hold harmless AngelEyez IRC Networks , Webmasters, and or its staff
(*@*.angeleyez.net,*@*angeleyez* ) from any legal procedures.

Angeleyez-Radio is broadcast under Article I section 9 of the US
constitution, and also in protest of impending legislation that violates
the US constitution 1st amendment rights.
Recording of Angeleyez radio is strictly forbidden.

Connecting to AngelEyez IRC Networks for the purpose of collecting IP
addresses (for any reason) is strictly forbidden.

We Do NOT want your Advertising or any of your Urls, so please
DO NOT SPAM them here. It WILL get you Banned. Do Not Advertise ANY
other IRC Nets, It will get you banned. Do Not Flood channels,
Do not Abuse other users, Do not Clone or Port Scan Users.

Use of this IRC server is a Privilege, Not a Right. If You Do Not Like Our
Rules, Do Not Stay, Disconnect Now. If you Violate our rules,
You will be Disconnected or Banned.

Linking

We Do NOT want to link to your net so please do not ask.

If you want to link to us and become part of the AngelEyez.Net domain, an application is available at our website at http://www.angeleyez.net/opers/linkingrules.html

You must meet ALL of the qualifications, so read them.

If you Do Not Qualify, Do Not bother to Apply.

MP3 Display Scripts

Rules regarding the use of MP3 display scripts in channels are according

to each channels rules. Ask someone before assuming. The use of MP3 display scripts in Network Channels such as #Angeleyez is permitted within reason, do not over-do it and do not flood the channel, shut it off if you are away from the keyboard.

If a DJ is on the AngelEyez Network Radio, ask the DJ if they mind.

No MP3 display scripts are permitted in the #Angeleyez-radio channel with exception to the current DJ on AngelEyez Radio.

Away Scripts

The use of these are according to each channel owner. The use in any network owned channel is permitted providing they do Not display away status on a timer shown regularly in the channel.

Popup Scripts

The rules are the same. The use of these are according to each channel owner.

However, please do not show all your popups in a channel as to flood it with popups that have no meaning to the conversation in the channel.

Most people have seen most of them before and are not amused by it.

When there is a conversation going on,

it is very annoying to have popups repeatedly "popping up".

If you want to test your scripts, take it to your own channel and test it.

mIRC (get it here) is an easy to use chat client and can be connected to our servers by typing the following in mIRC: /server irc.angeleyez.net:6667 or you can use our java chat at: http://www.angeleyez.net/chat/chat.html

AngelEyez main channel is #Angeleyez and can be joined easily using mIRC once you are connected to our servers by typing: /join #angeleyez. The java client will automatically join you to the #Angeleyez channel.

AngelEyez was founded by Goldie on October 31, 2000. Goldie's mission was to start a chat network unlike all others, with a different atmosphere, run by Operators that truely care about the people that visit and an environment that people of most ages could enjoy.
